Areas We Serve
Arnold & Walker delivers event hire services across London, throughout Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and into Kent. We can also assist you with equipment hire if your venue is within the M25 or along the M4 and M40 corridor. Further afield? We’re happy to provide a quote, but it’s unlikely to be cost effective for you unless you’re placing a very large order. The cheapest option is to take delivery on a Friday and be ready for us to collect your equipment on Monday. This way, you only pay standard hire charges rather than additional weekend or unsocial transport costs.
Collection from Our Perivale Warehouse
If you are hiring a few items for your event and the total hire cost comes to under £100, you are welcome to collect and return them from our warehouse in Perivale during standard opening hours. There is a single £15 plus VAT on-site collection fee, and you’ll need to check that everything will fit in your vehicle — we can advise you on that.
